We’ve worked with a large range of organisations collectively for over 30 years. Over this time we’ve seen numerous organisations openly drive engagement initiatives and have been disappointed with the outcome.

So many of these initiatives fail because they reinforce a perception that employee engagement is the sole responsibility of the organisation rather than a shared and symbiotic effort, requiring the employee to work with their employer, taking a proactive role in a process from which they stand to benefit themselves.

We developed the Propel program to deliver a framework that drives engagement led by employees.

We call it ‘Employee-Owned Engagement’.

Why work with us…

  • “2023 was a nightmare of a year, 2024 didn’t start any better and until your workshop, I had completely given up on this year looking positive and exciting… I wanted to thank you in person after your workshop had concluded but all I could feel was an overwhelming need to be emotional and cry. So please take this email as the biggest thank you, because you have made such an impact on how 2024 and beyond is going to look, feel and be for me and my 12-year-old daughter”.
