Workplace Programs
The Challenge
In today’s demanding environment, employees can often find themselves being pulled in many different directions – both at home and at work. This can result in employees developing stress symptoms and adopting behaviours that only further exacerbate these symptoms over time.
Even your best performers can find themselves with poor energy levels, negative habitual thinking patterns and becoming more disengaged by the day. Experiencing these symptoms only makes it more challenging to sustain high levels of performance – no matter how determined your employees are!
Without a personalised strategic wellbeing plan, poorly managed stress can have a significant negative impact on employees work performance and the culture that exists within a workplace.
This can also result in leaders having to invest more time and energy into managing employees rather than focusing on overall organisation performance and outcomes achieved.
The Solution
Rather than the organisation (or leader) being seen as being primarily responsible for employee wellbeing, this program will inspire employees to develop and implement their own personalised framework to best influence their engagement, happiness and resilience – both inside and outside of the workplace.
The ‘Propel’ program will:
Reinforce the importance of employees taking ownership of their own wellbeing and engagement
Provide employees with the opportunity to identify personalised and practical strategies to enhance their wellbeing and engagement
Assist leaders to reinforce and embed key learnings throughout the year
Organisational Alignment
Propel will help organisations achieve alignment. This will:
Encourage employees to take personal responsibility for their own wellbeing and engagement.
Promote employee satisfaction and performance.
Improve the overall working environment within the organisation.
Delivery Options
The Propel program can be delivered in the following formats:
As a one-off workshop for employees to learn how they can take ownership of their own wellbeing and engagement. Workshops can be 2 hours, half day or full day in duration.
As a 12-month program of various initiatives (e.g. employee / leader workshops, support services, online assistance) to embed the program across an organisation.
