“The session with Brad was insightful and empowering. It provided us with tangible tools that have enabled us to take charge of our own well-being. Brad helped us understand the values that drive us, and how promoting these values will naturally increase job satisfaction and overall well-being. I would highly recommend any workplace or team to get in touch with Brad - you won't be disappointed!”

Staff Burnout
As with many other helping professions, the rate of burnout amongst teaching staff is high.
Several studies concur that the major causes of burnout amongst teachers is the heavy workloads and the management of student’s behaviour (or misbehaviour). Ironically, the best teachers are typically the most susceptible to burnout. Unrelenting dedication to students can lead teachers to take on too many tasks, which can deplete their creative energy.
As a consequence of this, teachers are more likely to experience the negative effects of stress. Symptoms can include excessive fatigue, high frustration, forgetfulness and an inability to make decisions and concentrate.
Without a personalised strategic wellbeing plan, poorly managed stress can have a significant negative impact on teachers work performance and the culture that exists within a school.
This can also result in principals having to invest more time and energy into managing staff rather than focusing on overall school performance and outcomes achieved.
